FAQ

Before you start

What do I need before setting up?

Three things: a supported device, an internet connection (about 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), and the activation message we send on WhatsApp after you choose a plan.

What's the difference between Xtream Codes and an M3U link?

Both connect a player app to your plan. Xtream Codes uses three fields: server address, username and password. An M3U link packs the same details into one long web address. Most apps take either; your activation message includes both.

Which player app is best?

IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest place to start on almost any device. On Firestick and Android TV, TiviMate has the nicest channel guide. Your login works in both, so you can switch any time.

My device isn't in the list. Will it work?

Probably. Anything that runs Android, or that has an app taking an M3U link or Xtream Codes login, can play Apollo Television. Send us the model on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which app to use.

Do any of these apps cost money?

All of them install for free. A few, such as SSIPTV and TiviMate Premium, ask for a small payment to their own developer to unlock features. That money doesn't go to us and isn't part of your Apollo Television plan.

No login yet?

Pick a plan with 1 to 5 screens. Your login arrives on WhatsApp, then come back here and open the guide for your device.
