Apollo TV Login Help: Where and How to Sign In
Last updated
You sign in to Apollo Television inside a player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, never on a website. Choose the Xtream Codes option and type the username, password and server address from your activation message. That one login works on all your devices, and your plan sets how many (1 to 5) can play at the same moment. This site has no sign-in box, and that's deliberate.
Signing in, step by step
Open the player app
Start the IPTV player on your TV, Firestick, phone or tablet. If you haven't installed one yet, the player app guide tells you which one suits your device.
Pick the Xtream Codes option
Depending on the app it's called 'Login with Xtream Codes API', 'Add user' or 'Add playlist → Xtream Codes'. Almost every IPTV player has it.
Fill in the three fields
Copy each detail from your activation message into the matching field.
- Name: whatever you want to call it, such as 'Apollo'
- Username and password: capitals matter, and a space pasted at the end will break it
- Server address: the whole thing, including http:// and any port number after a colon
Wait for the first load
Tap Login or Save. The first time, channels, movies and the guide take a minute or two to appear.
Your login belongs in the player app and nowhere else. Don't send your password by email, text or social media (support will never ask for it), and don't type it into any website that asks.
The three login details
Your activation message, sent on WhatsApp after you order, contains all three:
| Detail | What it does | Where people slip up |
|---|---|---|
| Username | Identifies your account | A trailing space copied along with it |
| Password | Proves it's you | A small letter typed where a capital belongs |
| Server address | Tells the app where to connect | Dropping the port, such as :8080, from the end |
A few devices don't use these three fields: MAG boxes use their MAC address and some TVs take an M3U link. The guide for your device says which kind yours needs.
One login, several screens
There's no need for a separate login per device. Use the same details on the TV, your phone and the laptop; the number of connections on your plan (1 to 5) decides how many can play at once.
If a device signs in but won't play, every connection is probably busy. Stop the stream on another device, or add screens to your plan.
Lost your password or username?
First, search your WhatsApp chats and your email for the activation message. All three details are in it.
Can't find it? Email support@apollotelevision.us or message us on WhatsApp from the number or email you ordered with, and we'll send your details again. Mention your username if you know it, but never send an old password.
When the app won't let you in
| Message in the app | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid username or password | A typo, a wrong capital or an extra space | Delete each field and paste it again, one at a time |
| Can't connect to server | The server address is incomplete | Type the full address again, with http:// and the port |
| Account expired | Your plan's days are used up | Renew your plan; plans never renew on their own |
| Max connections reached | All your screens are already in use | Stop playing on another device, or add connections |
| Signed in, but channels won't play | A network or app issue, not the login | Follow the troubleshooting guide |
Seeing a number, such as 403 or 400? Look it up in the error code guide.
Still not in? Email support@apollotelevision.us with your device model and a photo of the screen.
Keeping your login safe
- Only use it on devices you or your household own.
- Never paste it into a group chat, forum or social post.
- Ignore any website that asks you to sign in to Apollo TV in your browser. We never do that.
- Tell us immediately if you think someone else has your details, and we'll sort it out.
No login yet?
Choose a plan and how many screens you need; your details arrive on WhatsApp a few minutes after you order. Paying from the US or Canada? See the USA page or the Canada page for local payment methods.
