Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms are the agreement between you and Apollo Television ("we", "us", "our"). They cover this website and any streaming plan you buy from us (the "service"). Please read them before you order.

01Agreeing to these terms

Using this website or buying a plan means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.

02Who can sign up

You need to be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) and legally able to enter a contract.

03What you get

A plan lets you stream live TV channels and on-demand titles over the internet to supported devices, for the time you paid for.

The channels, titles, events and features on offer can change at any moment, for example when a broadcaster changes its schedule. We can't promise that a specific channel, event or title will be there.

You provide your own compatible device and a reliable internet connection, and you pay for them.

04Your login and connections

  • Give us correct details when you order and tell us if they change.
  • Don't share your login. Whatever happens on your account is your responsibility.
  • Your plan allows as many screens at once as the connections you bought, and no more.
  • If you think someone else is using your account, let us know right away.

05Paying for a plan

  • Prices are in US dollars and listed under plans and pricing. What you pay depends on the package and number of connections you pick on the day you order.
  • You pay for the whole period up front. Plans don't renew by themselves unless your checkout clearly says so; renew before the end date to keep watching.
  • Any fee charged by your payment provider or a crypto network is yours to pay.
  • We may change prices for future periods. A period you've already paid for is never affected.

06Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back.

07What you may not do

When using the service, you agree not to:

  • Break the law of the country you're in, or use the service for anything illegal.
  • Record, copy, restream, resell or show content from the service in public, or use it to make money.
  • Share, sell or rent your login or connections to anyone else.
  • Get around, tamper with or reverse engineer the service, its security or its connection limits.
  • Run bots, scrapers or other automated tools against the website or service.
  • Abuse or harass our team or other customers.

It's up to you to make sure that using the service is legal where you live.

08Who owns what

We own or have a licence for this website, including its text, design, graphics and logo. Channel and programme names, leagues, teams, logos and artwork belong to their owners.

While your plan is active, you get a personal, limited right to watch for private, non-commercial use. You can't transfer it, and we can withdraw it. Nothing else is granted.

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

09Other companies' websites and services

This site links to, and depends on, services run by other companies, such as payment providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they publish, how they work or whether they're available. Their own terms apply when you use them.

10Outages and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but it can be interrupted for maintenance and upgrades, or by things we don't control, like network or broadcaster outages. We may change, pause or end any part of the service.

11Closing an account

We can suspend or close your account without a refund if you break these terms, commit or try to commit fraud, make a chargeback without good reason, or if the law requires it. You can stop using the service whenever you like; any refund is handled under the Refund Policy above.

12No guarantees

As far as the law allows, the service comes "as is" and "as available", with no promises, stated or implied, that it will suit a particular purpose or run without interruption or errors. Consumer rights that the law says can't be removed are not affected. Our disclaimer adds detail on channel availability, trademarks and outside links.

13Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profit or goodwill. For any claim about the service, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit stays unlimited.

14Covering our costs

If you break these terms or misuse the service and that leads to claims, losses or costs for us (including reasonable legal fees), you agree to cover them.

15When these terms change

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. For a significant change, we'll post a notice on the site or email you. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

16Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at support@apollotelevision.us; most problems are sorted quickly. These terms are governed by the law of the country where Apollo Television is established, setting aside conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, the mandatory consumer laws of your own country still protect you.
