Cookie Policy

Last updated

Short version: Apollo Television doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies here are the ones the site needs to work, plus a few set by the live chat and the reviews widget. The details are below; our Privacy Policy covers personal data more broadly.

01Cookies in one paragraph

A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Local storage and similar tools do much the same job. Sites use them to work properly, stay secure and remember things between visits, such as an open chat conversation.

02What this site uses them for

Only two things: keeping the site working and secure, and running the chat and reviews features from the companies listed below. We don't use cookies for ads, and we don't track you on other websites.

03Cookies from other companies

Two features load from outside companies, which can set their own cookies or read data from your browser:

CompanyWhat it does hereKind
CrispPowers the chat window and keeps your conversation open between visits.Functional
TrustpilotShows our customer reviews.Functional

Each company manages its own cookies. Read the Crisp Privacy Policy and the Trustpilot Privacy Policy for the details.

04Blocking or clearing cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and most can block only third-party cookies. If you block them, the chat window and the reviews widget may stop working; the rest of the site works as normal.

05If this changes

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. The date at the top shows the latest version.
