This page covers the personal data Apollo Television ("we", "us", "our") handles when you use this website, order a plan or talk to our support team. It explains what we keep, why, who else sees it, how long it stays, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we keep about you
We try to keep as little as possible. Depending on what you do, that can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you give them to us in a form or a message.
- The plan you bought: package, number of connections and the dates it runs.
- Proof of payment, such as a transaction ID. The payment itself goes through the provider you pick (for example Bitcoin, Shakepay or Cash App). We never see or store your full card number or wallet keys.
- Basic technical data that every browser sends, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you open and when.
- What you write to us by email, live chat or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
- To set up your plan and keep it running.
- To check that payments are genuine and stop fraud.
- To answer your questions and fix problems.
- To send messages about your plan, such as your login details, a reminder before it ends, or a change you need to know about.
- To keep spam and abuse off the website.
- To keep the records the law asks us to keep.
Promotional messages are sent only if you said yes to them, and every one can be stopped.
Our legal grounds (EU and UK visitors)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, each use above rests on one of these grounds:
- Contract: we need the data to give you the plan you paid for.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and improving the site, as long as this doesn't outweigh your rights.
- Consent: optional marketing and non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time.
- Legal obligation: records such as accounting and tax files.
Who else sees it
We never sell personal data. It only goes to:
- Companies that run parts of the site and service for us, such as hosting, security and email. They have to protect it.
- The payment provider you choose, which handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Police, courts or regulators, when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A new owner, if the business is merged or sold. This policy would still cover your data.
Tools from other companies
A few features on this site are run by other companies, which can collect data from your browser under their own rules:
- Crisp provides the chat window. Crisp processes your messages and basic device details so we can answer. Read the Crisp Privacy Policy.
- Trustpilot shows our customer reviews. Read the Trustpilot Privacy Policy.
When you order or ask for help on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles your number and messages under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We keep the conversation to fill your order and support you.
Crypto payments are written to a public blockchain. Anyone can see that record, and neither we nor anyone else can edit or remove it.
Cookies are covered separately in our Cookie Policy.
How long it stays
We keep data while your account is active and for a sensible time afterwards, so we can deal with questions, refunds or disputes. Some records are kept longer because the law says so. When we no longer need data, we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you.
Keeping it safe
The site only loads over encrypted HTTPS, and we limit who can reach customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise data will never be exposed. Please keep your login details to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has them.
Data stored outside your country
Our providers may store or process data in other countries with different privacy laws. Where the law requires it, we put protections in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
What you can ask us to do
Privacy laws where you live, such as the GDPR in the EU and UK, Law No. 09-08 in Morocco, or the CCPA/CPRA in California, may give you the right to:
- See the data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Have wrong or incomplete data corrected.
- Have your data deleted.
- Object to, or limit, some uses of your data.
- Get your data in a format you can move elsewhere.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier. This doesn't undo what was already done with it.
Email support@apollotelevision.us with your request. We may ask you to prove who you are first, and we'll answer within the time the law sets. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. Using these rights never changes how we treat you.
Under-18s
Apollo Television is only for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email support@apollotelevision.us and we'll remove it.
Updates to this page
When we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. For a significant change, we'll also post a notice on the site or email you.
