Apollo Group TV Renewal: How to Renew Your Apollo TV Subscription

   Find your username

   It's in the activation message we sent on WhatsApp or by email. Include it so we renew the right account. Never send your password.

   Choose a plan and connections

   Pick any package and 1 to 5 connections; they don't have to match what you had before. Compare every plan and price first if you're unsure.

   Message us on WhatsApp

   Send your username and the plan you want to +1 347 676 4880. The renewal message opens WhatsApp with the text already started.

   Pay with Cash App, Shakepay or Bitcoin

   We reply with the payment details for the method you pick: Cash App in the US, Shakepay in Canada, or Bitcoin from anywhere.

   Once your payment arrives, we renew your account and message you to confirm. If your login details change, the new ones come in that same message.

• Professional (365 days): $159.99

Adding connections lowers the price of each one, by up to 30% at 5 connections.

Any days left on your current plan are added on top of the plan you renew with, so there's no reason to wait until it runs out.

Example: you have 20 days left and renew with the 90-day Growth plan. You'll have 110 days in total, with no gap in watching.

• Switch to a longer plan to pay less per month; the 365-day plan is the lowest price per month.
• Add connections if more people in your home want to watch at once, up to 5.
• Drop to fewer connections if you no longer need them.

Just say what you'd like in your renewal message and we'll price it for you.

When the days run out, channels stop loading. Depending on the player app, you may see "account expired" or a 403 error; the Apollo Group TV status code guide explains each message. Renew at any time and you can watch again once we confirm.

Not directly. We don't take card numbers on this website or in chat. In the US, Cash App pays from the bank card linked to your Cash App account; in Canada, you can add money to Shakepay from your bank; and Bitcoin works from any wallet.
