Refund Policy
Last updated
If Apollo Television doesn't work for you, this page explains when you get your money back and what to send us. It's part of our Terms of Service.
You'll get a full refund if
- The service won't run on your compatible device, our support team can't get it working, and you tell us within 7 days of buying.
- You were charged twice for one order, or charged a different amount from the checkout price.
We can't refund
- Requests sent more than 7 days after purchase. Double or wrong charges are the exception and are always refunded.
- A channel, event or title being added, moved or removed, since line-ups change during a plan.
- Problems that come from your own internet, home network or a device that isn't supported.
- Accounts we suspended or closed because the Terms of Service were broken.
- Days left on a plan once the refund window has closed.
Talk to support before asking for a refund
Most problems take a few minutes to fix. Email support@apollotelevision.us with your device model and what's going wrong, and we'll help you set it up or find the fault. All our contact options are on the support page.
What to send with a refund request
Email support@apollotelevision.us and include:
- The email address you ordered with.
- The order date and the payment reference or transaction ID.
- Why you want a refund, and what you've already tried to fix it.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, where that's possible. For crypto payments, we email you first to agree the amount and the wallet address it should go to. When the refund is sent, the plan it relates to ends.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. Sorting it out directly is almost always faster, and a chargeback without good reason can get your account suspended.
If this policy changes
We may update this policy. Each purchase is covered by the version that was live on the day you bought it.
