How to Watch Apollo Television on Kodi (PVR IPTV Simple Client)
Last updated
Kodi is a free media center that runs on Windows, Mac, Android boxes, Firesticks and the Raspberry Pi. Apollo Television connects through PVR IPTV Simple Client, an add-on from Kodi's official repository, using your M3U address plus a guide (XMLTV) address. The menus are the same on every device, so this one guide covers all of them.
Step by step on Kodi (PVR IPTV Simple Client)
Turn on PVR IPTV Simple Client
In Kodi, open Settings → Add-ons → My add-ons → PVR clients → PVR IPTV Simple Client, and choose Enable.
- Kodi 19 Matrix, 20 Nexus and 21 Omega all use these menus
- Not listed? Install it from Kodi's official repository under Install from repository → PVR clients
Point it at your playlist
Choose Configure → General. Set Location to 'Remote path (Internet address)' and paste the Apollo Television M3U address.
- Location: Remote path (Internet address)
- M3U playlist URL: the address from your activation message
Your activation message (sent on WhatsApp a few minutes after you order) holds the username, password and server or M3U address. Treat them like a password: anyone who has them uses one of your plan's connections.
Add the TV guide
On the EPG tab, paste the XMLTV guide address we send you so programme times appear.
Restart Kodi
Quit Kodi completely and open it again. Your channels and guide appear under TV on the home screen.
